Our training uses bodyweight and kettlebells starting from the core and building outward — because when your core is strong and stable, everything else works better. This approach builds real-world strength, conditioning, endurance and mobility that carries into daily movement, not just workouts.

Who I Am
I'm Darren Tinnelly — a qualified Personal Trainer (EQF Level 4) based in Ireland, with additional qualifications in Fitness Instruction, Group Instruction, Anatomy & Physiology, Training Theory and Nutrition. I believe fitness should be part of your daily life and to Almost Always try to be consistent.
My approach combines kettlebell and bodyweight training — minimal equipment, maximum adaptability. Sessions can be done from home, outdoors, or in a gym. Whatever your starting point, Almost Always is for you.
