This page explains what personal information Almost Always Fitness Studio collects when you use almostalways.ie, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We aim to keep it plain and honest.

Who we are

Almost Always Fitness Studio is a small-group kettlebell and strength studio on Main Street, Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath (Eircode A85 Y264), run by Darren Tinnelly. For any question about your information, contact us through the contact form on the website or by phone on 083 021 3125.

What we collect and why

1. When you use the contact form

If you send a message through the contact form, we collect the name, email address and message you provide. We use this only to reply to your enquiry. Form submissions are handled by our website host, Netlify, and emailed to us.

2. Website analytics (only if you accept)

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — for example which sections are viewed and roughly where visitors are located — so we can improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies and only loads after you click “Accept” on the cookie bar. If you click “Reject”, it is never loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

3. Hosting logs

Like all websites, our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. These are handled by Netlify.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file stored on your device. On this site:

Change your cookie choice

You can reset your choice at any time. This clears your saved preference — the cookie bar will appear again next time you visit the homepage, and any analytics cookies can be cleared through your browser settings.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details above and we’ll respond as soon as we can.
